I feel you on the needing a new computer thing. I can barely even watch YouTube videos on my 7-year-old iMac at home. But I'm not sure it would help with Hulu, which I've never been able to make work on any computer at all.
Hey, you have the same setup as me, almost! And mine won't really do YouTube either!
